Philosophy:
It is our philosophy to focus on the skills development of each player so that they can excell in the sport of ice hockey. We are excited to introduce our new Next Level Training Method into all of our sessions this year. Our goal with Next Level Training is to make the transition between levels easier for players and to get players to the next level of playing ability By providing a program that is safe, educational, and fun we will be able to provide the best possible experience for all participants at every level.

Teaching Method:
Our goal orientated teaching methods are simple and easy to understand. We break down each drill according to the players age and ability followed by proper instruction and demonstration. Our student to instructor ratio is 3:1, making sure that each participant gets the individual attention they deserve. If you are struggling with a drill, Mike or one of his staff members will take you aside and work with you on a one on one basis, until you get it correct. By using positive reinforcement and constructive criticism we are able to build the players self-esteem and confidence to achieve the best results.

Staff:
Our staff is made up of current coaches in various leagues. The coaches on our staff are USA Hockey Certified instructors, and have had extensive background checks done on them to ensure the safety of the students. We are required to have at least one coach on the ice at all times who is certified in both CPR and First Aid. What this means to you is that our coaches aresecond to none. We feel that the student desreves qualified adult coaches that have actual coaching experience, and USA Hockey recognizes our coaches for having such qualifications. Our coaches are knowledgeable in all the positions so that they can educate the players on what to expect from their teammates. This will enable the players to better understand all the aspects in the game of hockey. Knowledge of all areas is very important. Coach Mike is present at each and every camp for the entire length.
