Medical forms:
A copy of the student's latest physical exam (within the last 24 months)
and a copy of their immunization form is required to be able to attend.
This is a requirement of all local Boards of Health

Sign-in / out:
All parent's and / or guardiens are required to sign-in and sign-out their child each and every day of camp. Students cannot be just dropped off and picked up at the end of their session.

Raffles:
We are known to raffle off some great prizes, including a free week of camp for the following year. Get involved early.

Off-ice Training:
There will be a minimum of 30 minutes of off-ice training per each session. All students are required to wear shorts, t-shirts, and sneakers. Students will work on specific drills to increase strength, agility, and reflexes. We will also do balance and endurance exercises. We will use European Agility Training to enhance and improve hand-eye coordination and anticipation. Students will increase their speed and power with the use of Plyometrics.

Cost / Confirmation:
Regular '07 day-time camp: $299.00 USD

Advanced '07 day-time camp: $345.00 USD
A $175.00 non-refundable deposit will be due with registration, balance will be due at the first day of camp.

Approximately one week prior to the beginning of summer camp you will receive a letter or an email confirming your spot. Students will be expected to be at the rink 1 hour before ice time for off-ice conditioning and stretching. Please come to camp in shape and ready to work. This, as always, will be a fun time for all.

Getting dressed:
We will provide coaches to help in the students getting dressed. We will have at least one parent and one coach in the locker rooms at all times to ensure that everyone will have a safe and fun time. For our female students, they will be provided seperate locker rooms for their own use as well as coaches to help anyone who needs assistance in getting dressed.
